Yoga Classes
What is this service?
The weekly yoga classes are provided by a qualified teacher in Hatha Yoga, Pre and Post Natal Yoga and Aqua Yoga, teaching both adults and children. Registration and payment for classes can be made prior to the start of each programme or at the first session of each programme.
Oswestry Sessions:
Monday mornings from 10am to 11:30am at The Memorial Hall.
Monday evenings from 7pm to 8:30pm at Morda Sports & Social Club
Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm to 8pm at Morda Sports & Social Club.
Gobowen Sessions:
Wednesday mornings from 10am to 11:30am at Gobowen Scout Hall.
Llangynog Sessions:
Friday mornings from 9:15am- 10:45am at Llangynog Memorial Hall
