Online Singing for Lung Health

What is this service?

Online sessions offering singing, breath awareness and gentle movement to help improve breathing and stamina.  Sessions are also social, fun and uplifting, so can benefit those suffering with anxiety as well as those with a chronic lung condition.  
People with COPD, asthma, bronchiectasis, chronic bronchitis and lung cancer can benefit.

These sessions are facilitated by Kate Jones, a Natural Voice Practitioner who received training through the British Lung foundation to lead sessions that are specifically tailored of this purpose.

Wednesdays  2:30pm - 3:30pm  - online sessions using Zoom.

These online sessions are a temporary measure during Covid 19 and are being held until the physical sessions can resume.
