What is this service?

Counsellor working with adults and young people aged 16 +.

I have years of experience helping my clients become more confident, find their voice, start trusting themselves and learn to communicate effectively.

I’ve worked with people from various backgrounds and offer a safe space regardless of our differences. Together, we'll identify your past hurts or present worries and develop strategies to help you overcome them. I promise to listen to you without judgment or taking sides, allowing you to feel heard.
